                It doesn’t matter how good the overall performance of your volunteers are, the effectiveness of your ideas in fundraising is still an important aspect to consider for your elementary school fundraisers. Acquiring and organizing a good team alone does not secure you in achieving fundraising success since your ideas play a big part in your fundraiser.         In order for your volunteers to properly perform your elementary school fundraisers and its ideas, it must go through preparation process. All of it must be written in paper since this is more effective and manageable than planning in your mind. If you want your fundraiser to be organized and easy to manage, you have to write every plan you make. Do not order something to your volunteers if it’s not properly prepared or carefully planned. Your written plans are considered as your reference for your fundraiser thus making it easier to manage and organize if ever problems occur. An organized fundraiser must not be overlooked if you care about the investment you made to your fundraiser and its goals that must be achieved in the future. Your goals, staff, sales and delivery plans, and task descriptions are the things that are most important and must be secured before you even start your fundraiser. The first thing you should always start before any fundraiser should happen is to set and prepare your goals and objectives of your fundraiser. Otherwise, you’ll not be able to manage your events properly since it’s useless to run an event without direction. Once you have made your goals and objectives of your fundraiser, next is to prepare different tasks and jobs for your volunteers to carry out. It is important that each job you make must be described correctly so your volunteers will know what to do and how will they do this kind of specific job. You don’t want your volunteers to expect too much or too little from the task that they’re assigned to. You must also include the schedule and duration of work hours fro them to do that specific job so they can do that job right.

            You must need to organize your staff team that will be in-charged of all the events, its execution and management of team members since your fundraising team will be like an organization. You can pick some senior and experienced volunteers to do such task since they have enough experience and expertise to run a fundraiser. Once you have prepared your team, start your plans for your sales and delivery. These things mentioned must not be overlooked while doing your fundraiser since the performance of your team in doing their tasks and responsibilities will depend on these things. The sales plan must include the following: target market and funds, products and a good sales script. And the delivery plan must include storage of products, delivering the products and contact information of your customers for delivery.
