In addition, making posters and posting them on bulletin boards scattered across your community would also be a good idea to do. If you want to really spread the news about your group needing a good number of volunteers, you can try to approach your local newspapers, radio, and TV stations to help you do this. You can try to ask for a small ad space from your local newspapers. For radio and TV stations on the other hand, you can try giving them an announcement to air out during one of their programs where public announcements can be done for free.

 

            Once you gather a good set of volunteers for your team, you need to properly orient them with the tasks that they’re going to handle.
