If you want bag in huge amounts of sales, you need to start with your sales force or sales volunteers because these people will be the ones to approach your customers. Take note that your sales team will most likely be made up of volunteers. This means that they are offering you their time and effort for free so you need to find a way to strongly motivate them to work hard for the success of your campaigns. A good way to do this is to let each of your sales volunteers set a personal challenge goal. This basically refers to the amount of sales that they will work hard to make. Once everybody has set their personal challenge goals, let each one of them say these out loud during your meeting. This will add some seriousness onto what the goals that they have set for themselves. Through this, they will surely stick to their word because this will reinforce the commitment that they have made to your team.

Once you get your members pumped up and motivated to work really hard, the next thing you need to do is to make a list of prospective customers. These basically refer to people that have a huge tendency to buy the products that you are going to sell during your fundraiser campaigns. When you make your list of prospects, let each of your members make their own list as well. Gather their lists afterwards and review each of their entries. Make sure that each of your members lists down at least ten people. Some of the best people to include in your list would be family members, relatives, friends, and co-workers. After you finalize your list, you need to start working on your sales pitch or the dialogue that your sales volunteers will be stating in front of the people that they’re going to sell your products to. Your sales pitch needs to be as compelling as possible so that your volunteers can easily convince their customers to buy products from them.
