Earn Big With A Unique Fundraiser This Holiday Season

Earn Big With A Unique Fundraiser This Holiday Season

Christmas is the most fun time of the year because everybody seems to be in a cheerful mood during this season. It is a time for giving as they say, which means that it serves as one of the best times for you to carry out a unique fundraiser idea that will enable you to place in some good cash in your bank account. People will surely be in a good mood to offer a helping hand to people who are carrying out elementary school fundraisers, high school fundraisers, and other profit campaigns for a good cause. In here, I’m going to show a few good examples of unique fundraising ideas that will work out perfectly for you and your group of volunteers.

The first unique fundraiser idea you can do is to offer people greenery. This works perfectly fine if you and your members have quick and easy access to Christmas greenery. Keep in mind that even though you are raising money for a good cause, the way you do it should never be illegal in such a way that you’re going to cut off bushes from places where you don’t have permission to do so. For this, try looking for a good landowner or perhaps a farmer who owns a good collection of greens, which can be used as excellent materials for making different kinds of Christmas decorations. The best kinds of greenery you can craft yourselves include hollies, ivies, evergreen fronds, and mistletoes. The mistletoe is a good choice because it has been a long tradition for people to hang this one their ceilings as this is considered as good luck to kiss under this. Next, hollies are considered as one of the traditional signifiers of the Christmas season. To make hollies really lovely, try using a lot of berries. Ivies on the other hand, are also considered as a favorite piece of décor during the holiday season. Lastly, evergreen fronds are considered as an ancient traditional decoration that is used to symbolize the coming of new life.

If you decide to push through with selling greenery to people living in your community, be sure that you do so near the actual date of Christmas or during the time when people in your community usually start filling their houses with different types of colorful decorations. Through this, you will be able to keep your items fresh and lovely. One week before Christmas is usually a good choice to set up a table or booth in a town center or Christmas bazaar in your community. Aside from offering greenery, you can also offer your customers Christmas treats such as chocolates and baked goods including cakes and brownies. When you set up your booth, make sure that you place in a sign that indicates that you and your members are raising money for your group. In this manner, you will be able to set yourself apart from the rest of the guys selling Christmas products.
