School Fundraiser Ideas: Defining Role Specifications

Every member in an organization has specific roles to portray and these roles are important for school fundraiser ideas to be achieved. One misplayed role can be detrimental to the organization so each and everyone should really be mindful of their roles.

School fundraiser ideas will only be achieved if a person in the team knows and understand his/ her role. It becomes crucial in the organization for someone who has misconceptions with his/ her assigned role specifications. So it is very important that one understands the role by the letter. Also, each role are complementary to the individual's behavior and personality so before giving him a specific role, the person's individuality should also be well understood by the organization. 

One team role is called the “Plant”. These individuals are the problem solvers of the organization. They are called plants because they are planted in the organization as a very important individual. Their roles are very important because they become the solution-finders and makers in the organization. Every time the organization faces problems, they seek for solutions to keep the organization going.  In solving problems, they usually do it the unconventional way or so to say they solve problems in a creative way. Second is the monitor evaluator. By the name itself, this individual is tasked to monitor the whole team. He/ she serves as the watchdog or the eye of the organization and is expected to evaluate them by coming up with an opinion or a conclusion. This person is after the performance of the team. This role is very important because it will determine if the team or the members are working effectively or efficiently. Then the coordinators come in. They are like the team's organizers. They are the ones constantly reminding the team of the set objectives. This individual delegate work and encourages members to work well. 

So if someone gets out of the desired path of the team, the coordinators reminds the member to collect his self/ herself and coordinate back with the team. Fourth are the resource investigators. They are the researchers and reporters of the organization. They make sure that the team becomes competitive by watching over the market. This individual gathers information about other competitors and the movement of the market then reports it to the organization and makes sure that the organization is still in line with the market's demand. Then follows are the role of implementers. They are the ones enforcing the plans of the organization. He/ she make sure that all the plans are carried out and that strategies are working. 

Next are the completer finishers. So after the implementers, these individuals make sure that at the end of work, the tasks are error-free, and always at high standards. So they examine if all are effectively done. Lastly will be the shapers. They are the cheerers of the team. They are the ones giving drive to the team when needed. They are very important because they help the team keep motivated despite any trials. They give the team encouragements as needed. Each role is important and should be taken seriously in a successful organization.
