Salsa Fundraiser: Know Where To Sell

Salsa Fundraiser: Know Where To Sell

Are you going to have a salsa fundraiser campaign? Do you already know all of the important things that you need to consider when you’re setting down your plans for product sales campaign? If not, then let me discuss to you one of the most important things that you have to look into so that you can ascertain sweet success for your fundraising sales campaign.

When you set up your sales fundraiser, one of the most vital things that you have to take into consideration would be the places where you’re going to sell your products. The reason for this is simple. If you choose the best spots within your community, you can easily and quickly sell a lot of products without making a lot of effort. In this way, you’re letting the money come to you instead of you having to chase it. When you think of good spots where to sell your products, you have to determine places in your community where lots of people usually go to. In other words, you have to spot high traffic locations in your area so that you can choose the best ones for you to use.

High traffic locations usually include shopping malls, grocery stores, home improvement stores, and drug stores. These are the most pristine places for you to sell your products. This is because you no longer have to look for customers just so you can generate the number of sales that you need to raise the amount of funds that you and your members are targeting. You can either divide your members into small groups so that you can set up lots of sales booths at various locations so that you can create good streams of income that are all working well for you all at the same time. In order for you to make the most out of the locations where you’re going to sell your products, you have to determine the exact spots in these areas where the most number of people pass by. For instance, if you have plans of setting up a sales booth at a shopping mall, you have to know exactly where the largest of number of people go to when they’re at that place. Food courts are often the most highly trafficked areas in shopping malls.

Once you get to determine the best places where you think you will be able to make the most of number of sales, you have to work on shift schedules for your volunteers. By assigning schedules to your volunteers, you can prevent them from getting burned out at selling your products. You can set at least 2 shifts within a day. You should never burn out your volunteers by letting them work for long hours. Take note that they’re offering their time and services for free so you should take good care of them. Through this, you can still get the support that you need from them the next time you do a fundraising campaign.
